Terms of Service

Welcome to Jetlagged ("the Service"), a trivia game available at playjetlagged.com. By playing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.

2. Accounts

You can play anonymously or create an account (Google or email). You're responsible for activity on your account. Purchases require a signed-in account so they can be permanently attached to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, abuse the service, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt games.

3. Purchases

Premium question packs are one-time digital purchases tied to your account, processed by Stripe. Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered — but if something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a pack that doesn't unlock), contact us and we'll make it right. Purchased content remains available to your account for as long as the Service operates.

4. Fair play

Scores are calculated on our servers. Attempting to manipulate scores, automate play, exploit bugs, or extract answer data is prohibited and may result in removal of scores or account termination.

5. Content

Trivia questions, artwork, and game design are owned by us or our licensors. Player display names must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may rename or remove inappropriate names.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We're not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
